  • Work Experience – Minimum 5 years as Accountant
  • Educational Qualifications – B.Com or equivalent

Job Description for Accountant:

As a responsible accounts and admin executive you are expected to cater for the requirements of managing accounts of the organization. You would be required to coordinate with banks, creditors, and investors, carry out financial transactions, maintain financial records, file monthly and annual GST returns, file Income Tax Returns, maintain stock statements, manage employee payrolls and maintain documents and files. In doing so, you would be expected to maintain high accounting standards with a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle complete accounting functions of the company
• Advise on Accounting and Finance matters
• Coordinate with banks regarding routine accounting and financial matters
• Preparation and filing of TDS & GST returns
• Maintain accounts journals/ledgers
• Verify and evaluate monthly stocks
• Coordinate with creditors, investors, debtors, etc.
• Check and verify vendor/supplier bills
• Prepare and disburse cheques of vendors, suppliers, and investors.
• Maintain purchase/sales records
• Handle import / export documentation and end-to-end coordination with transporter/CHA
• Prepare and process payroll of employees
• Maintain bank transactions, bank books and daily cash, complete liaison with Banks for
all Accounting and Admin purposes
• Audit schedules as per requirements
• Maintain record of financial data and correspondence as per accounting standards
• Manage Inventory and Store Records
