Role and Responsibilities :-

Communication and Coordination: One of the main responsibilities is to establish effective communication and coordination with lawyers involved in rural land title search, acquisition, mutation, and other legal operations. This includes regular interaction, providing necessary information, and ensuring smooth collaboration between the legal team and other stakeholders.

Research and Documentation: The role involves conducting thorough research on rural land title search processes, acquisition procedures, and mutation requirements. This includes gathering relevant documents, verifying legal ownership, and maintaining accurate records to support the legal proceedings.

Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements is essential. This responsibility includes staying up-to-date with applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to rural land title search, acquisition, and mutation. It also involves working closely with the legal team to ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained.
