Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a skilled female to join our business development team.
As a Business Development you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and managing the procurement process for new clients. The ideal candidate must have experience in handling and procuring good clients and be able to work well in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Cold call potential clients to generate new business leads
  • Follow up on warm leads and inquiries from potential clients via phone and email
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to foster long-term partnerships
  • Identify potential clients' needs and present appropriate solutions to them
  • Handle client procurement process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business goals and targets
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to management

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
